- N6893618Q0162 Dual Channel Coax Rotary Joint Commercial Solicitation 1) Dual Channel Coax Rotary Joint (Quantity - 30 each). The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on a competitive basis this requirement. All responsible sources shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation with specifications will be issued on or about 5/22/2018 and will be published on www.fbo.gov. All requests shall be made by email to susan.wigfield@navy.mil or by mail to Commander, NAWCWWPNS, Code 254620D, Attn: Susan Wigfield, 429 East Bowen Road, Mail Stop 4015, China Lake, CA 93555-6108 no later than 10 days from this notice date. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the item without causing programmatic hardship. Electronic delivery of quotations is preferred. If you provide a quote via any other method provide us with the date package was sent, commercial carrier, and tracking number so that we can ensure that your quotation is reviewed for consideration during the award process. All responsible sources must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at the following website: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Going forward, all new entities registering in GSA's System for Award Management (SAM), as well as existing registrations being updated or renewed, will require the submission of an original, signed notarized letter identifying the authorized Entity Administrator for the entity associated with the Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number before the registration will be activated. It is recommended that all interested parties be aware that processing this additional information may take several days and are proactive in maintaining the SAM registrations in an "Active" status as the government cannot award to an entity without an "Active" SAM registration.
