- see attached see attached This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12.1 and FAR Subpart 13. This announcement is the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is N64267-18-T-0077 and is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). This acquisition is a firm-fixed price and solicited as restricted competitive. This is an all-or-none requirement. Partial quotes will be deemed unresponsive and will not be evaluated. The Government will award on a single purchase order to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the requirements as stated in the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government based on the criteria listed in section M of the solicitation. Offerors must be registered in SAM. The associated North American Industrial Classification Systems (NAICS) code for this procurement is 335911 with an associated small business size standard, 1250 All responsible sources may submit a quotation which, if timely received, will be considered by the Agency. Quotes are due no later than Monday, May 28 at 11:59PM Pacific Standard Time. Responses/offers shall be submitted electronically, PDF or MS Word Format to graham.m.conlon@navy.mil. Quotes must be valid for thirty (30) days after due date. Any amendment(s) issued to this RFQ will be published on this website. Therefore, it is the offerors responsibility to visit this website frequently for updated on this procurement.
