Description

1. The United States (U.S.) Army Medical Command (MEDCOM), Health Readiness Contracting Office (HRCO), on behalf of the Department of the Army, has developed this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit Medical Operational Data Systems (MODS) Support Services. 2. This is a Non-Personal Services, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with Firm Fixed Price (FFP Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) to provide a mission essential core information system for the operational and sustainment with periodic modernization life cycle phase. Medical Operational Data Systems (MODS) is strategically aligned with the Human Resources Management primary mission area of the Defense Business Enterprise Architecture and all four Military Health System (MHS) Enterprise Architecture processes. The Government's requirement is to provide uninterrupted sustainment and modernization of the (MODS) support services for the period 1 July 2018 through 30 June 2023.
