- Terms and Conditions SF 18 RFQ 2031ZA18Q00340 This is a request for quote (RFQ) for the supplies listed under "Description of Requirement" of the attached RFQ, along with the attached Terms and Conditions. This RFQ Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items is prepared in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) in Subpart 12 & 13. This is a fixed price procurement under NAICS Code 333244 - Printing Plate Engraving Machinery Manufacturing. Interested organizations are to submit a quote by 12:00pm (EST) Wednesday, 30 May 2018. All items are to be delivered to BEPs Eastern DC Facility. Please include delivery lead time witnin your quote. It is anticipated that multiple awards may be the result of this announcement.
