Description

The Fort Harrison Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) has a continuing need for Community Nursing Homes (CNH) in the state of Montana at multiple locations based on the Veteran population. The proposed action is for a multiple award Firm-fixed Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC). The IDC will be a 5-year contract from the date of award with a base of one year and four option years. The CNH contractors shall be responsible for providing medical care and rehabilitative services. There are currently 5 Basic Ordering Agreements (BOAs) set to expire between 06/30/2018 thru 12/31/2018 in the following counties: Carbon, Ravalli, Lewis and Clark, Flathead and Jefferson.
