Description

This is NOT a solicitation announcement. This sources sought notice is for information and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). The purpose of this sources sought is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification relative to NAICS 541519 Other Computer Related Services, with a Small Business Size Standard of 150 employees. Responses to this sources sought will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After review of the responses to this sources sought, a solicitation announcement may be published. Responses to this sources sought synopsis are not considered adequate responses for a solicitation announcement. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), VISN 22 Network Contracting Office Gilbert, is seeking sources that can provide a Network Closet Update that at a minimum meets the following salient characteristics for the Phoenix VA Healthcare System (Brand Name Only): Scope of Work 1. Description: The Vendor shall provide UPS units that provide smooth transition between normal power and emergency power without the 8 second delay during electrical outages and prevent interruption of Information Technology systems and the systems they support. (5) Does your company have a Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) contract with General Services Administration (GSA) or the National Acquisition Center (NAC) or are you a contract holder with NASA SEWP (National Aeronautics and Space Administration / Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement) or any other federal contract?
