Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Community Treatment Services (CTS) Contracting Office; Washington, D.C. is seeking quotes from sources having the ability to provide community-based outpatient Substance Abuse, Mental Health, and Sex Offender Services in the Grand Rapids, Michigan area. The location where services are to be provided should be accessible to local public transportation and should be within a 10 mile radius from Grand Rapids City Hall located at 300 Monroe Avenue, N.W., Grand Rapids, Michigan 49503. In addition, the location must be located within a.5 mile walk from community based transportation. Performance periods under this contract will be for a one-year base period to begin on October 01, 2018 with nine (9) one-year option renewal periods with service ending (if all options are renewed) on September 30, 2028. The Following services are required and may be sub-contracted to another licensed contractor.
