- Description
- The Battle Management, Command and Control Division (AFLCMC/HBBK) Intends to award a sole source contract to 4 Star Technologies Inc. 4 Star will be tasked to provide training for Forcepoint version 8.3.2 in order to maintain the proficiency of personnel working on behalf of the Air Operation Center Weapon System (AOC-WS). The government seeks to secure certified instructors in Forcepoint v8.3.2 to conduct training to Air Operations Center (AOC) personnel who are expected to know basics in network/system administration with Forcepoint v8.3.2. Student body is comprised of military professionals who are familiar with network/system administration but not necessarily familiar with this specific set of hardware/software. Students, upon completion of this training, are expected to have the basic skills which they can apply to the mission needs of the AOC and successfully administer the Forcepoint v8.3.2 within normal operating parameters Training shall be performed at a location specified by the contractor near Virginia Beach, VA. The training shall be conducted for a total of six students who shall be provided with certificates of completion after successfully completing the class. All necessary tools and course materials shall be provided by the contractor. The proposed period of performance of this effort will range from contract award through 31 December 2018. The anticipated award date is 30 June 2018. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the effort in the timeframe listed above. The Air Force does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this notice or to otherwise pay for the information solicited. Your responses will be treated as information only. It shall not be used as a proposal. Interested Parties may submit unclassified responses to this notice by email.
