Description RFQ 36C24818Q0789 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Department of Veterans Affairs, C.W. Bill Young VA Healthcare System, Contracting Office, Bay Pines, FL. 33744 has a need to purchase 2 each High-Speed Spine Bipolar Drill plus attachments, Stryker Corp. is the referenced manufacturer, brand name or equal. The RFQ # is 36C24818Q0789. This combined synopsis solicitation RFQ and the provisions and clauses incorporated are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-97 (01-24-2018). The combined synopsis solicitation is: 100% Set-Aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The NAICS Code is 339113; the size standard is 750 Employees.
