This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. FA301618Q0015 is issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ). This RFQ incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC), No. FAC 2005-97, Effective: 24 Jan 2018.
