- Title: Multi-Site Cloud-Based CMMS EAM SaaS Maintenance and Facilities Management Program with Training The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH), Office of Facilities Management, Morgantown, WV intends to award a sole source firm fixed price purchase order to MicroMain Corporation, 5100 Bee Caves Road, Austin, TX 78746-5221. Base year with the option to extend one year. CLIN 0001: Multi-Site Cloud-Based CMMS EAM SaaS Maintenance and Facilities Management Program with training. Statement of Work The contractor shall furnish and install Micromain's CMMS EAM SaaS maintenance and facilities management program; a cloud-based software that is fed-ramp certified and capable of supporting multi-sites. The NIOSH locations that will be supported by this program are the NIOSH Cincinnati, Ohio location, NIOSH Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania location, NIOSH Morgantown, West Virginia location, and NIOSH Spokane, Washington location. This work includes data conversion of each NIOSH location's existing INFOR MP2 system currently in-use to the replacement program Micromain Global. Training options will be offered as an option to end users after implementation is completed. This contract action is for a services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) (SAP) and 41 U.S.C 3304(a) (1). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. The notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all quotations/responses received within (15) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
