- Subsistence at Fort Indiantown Gap, PA All or none bidders must submit a bid for all items required not only some. In support of office of the New York Army National Guard (NYARNG) located at Latham, NY 12110. All requirements will be in accordance with solicitation and attachment for Each Event. 1. Event - 1 - 12 June 2018 - 642nd 2. Event - 7 - 21 July 2018 - 102 MP BN The solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) from the USP&FO for New York, Purchasing and Contracting Division, Latham, New York. Principle NAICS is 311991 and size standard is 500. Set Aside for Small Business Only In order to be eligible for award, the successful offeror's System for Award Management (SAM) registration must be active and includes representations and certifications. This solicitation will be issued electronically, therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Upon release of the solicitation, which will be available on the Federal Business Opportunities website at https://www.fbo.gov. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidder's mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above Internet address in order to obtain any amendments that may be issued.
