- Description
- This is a pre-solicitation notice for synopsis of "Medical Program Readiness Planner" for Davis-Monthan AFB (DMAFB), Arizona. This is a commercial service; therefore, FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, shall apply to this acquisition. The contractor shall provide on-site support to the 12AF SGX Division. The contractor shall coordinate for medical personnel and assets in support of 12 AF/SGX's operational requirements generated throughout the United States Southern Command's (USSOUTHCOM) Area of Responsibility (AOR) of Latin America (LATAM) and the Caribbean. This service shall be provided in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). A Firm Fixed Price contract will result from this solicitation. This will be a Best Value acquisition, using Price and Technical Acceptability for evaluation procedures. Period of Performance will be for a base period with four (4) one-year option periods. This acquisition will be a 100% Set-Aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 541611; and, the small business size standard is $15 million. The RFP Number is FA4877-18-R-0008 and shall be issued on or about 1 June 2018, posted electronically on the Federal Business Opportunity website ( http://www.FBO.gov ). No paper copies will be issued; no telephone request will be honored and no bidder's mailing list will be maintained. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation package and any amendments that may follow. Any proposal submitted is strictly voluntary. The government will not pay for any proposals submitted in response to the RFP. To be eligible for contract award, offerors must be registered in the Systems for Award Management (SAM). Register via the SAM website ( http://www.sam.gov ). Please Note: The subsequent award of this requirement shall not be held up by the government waiting for a firm to be properly registered. All responsible small business concerns may submit a proposal to the 355 th Contracting Squadron.
