36C25018Q9020 Sources Sought Notice This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government at this time. This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to determine interest and capability of potential qualifications of Small Businesses, including 8(a), Hub Zone and Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business firms relative to the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) 339114 (Dental Equipment and Supplies Manufacturing). The Department of Veteran's Affairs is seeking small business manufacturer or distributors of small business manufacturers, of functionally equivalent equipment to all the following: This request is for the purchase of a Dental Laboratory workbench. The workbench will be used in the production of dental appliances and prosthetics. The workbench will also provide dust collection via an integrated dust collection system. Base cabinets are 8 feet 5 inches by 4 feet 8 inches and 3 feet 4 3/8 inches high stainless steel. Counter top material: 1/2" solid surface (IN "SANDED VERMILLION" OR "SANDED GRAY"), 1 1/2" STAINLESS STEEL, & 1 1/4" SOAP STONE. Pedestal dust collector workstations. Workstation back shelf will have: 1. Single duplex hospital grade GFI outlet 115-volt 20 amp 2. Double duplex electric outlet hospital grade 115-volt 20 amp 3. 3-way 20 amp switch 4. lever control gas valve, and a quick air disconnect. All room dimensions are to be verified in the field. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION AND DOES NOT OBLIGATE THE GOVERNMENT TO ISSUE A SOLICITATION. Please be advised that the Government will not pay for any information submitted under this announcement.
