- The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) seeks to lease the following space: State: IN City / County Franklin / Johnson Marion County Delineated Area: North : County Rd 300 North East : Graham Rd to Eastview Drive South: State Road 44 West : Centerline Rd Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,830 Maximum Sq. Ft. (RSF): 3,285 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): The greater of local code or 30 spaces Parking Spaces (Surface): The greater of local code or 26 spaces Parking Spaces (Structured): Parking Spaces (Reserved): 4 spaces Full Term: Ten (10) years Firm Term: Two (2) years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: · Interested parties must provide the name of the building, address, location of available space, rentable square feet offered and rate per RSF, floor plans and contact information of authorized representative. · Class A or B space · <img src="file:///C:/Users/tiara/AppData/Local/Temp/msohtmlclip1/01/clip_image001.gif" alt="" width="9" height="10" /> Contiguous, above ground, space preferred. · All interested parties must either submit evidence of ownership or written authorization to represent the owner(s).
