Description

This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation is for the acquisition of backup generators and accessories for the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System. This solicitation is shortened to 4-days due to veteran patient healthcare requirements. This solicitation is competed as a Small Business Set-Aside; however, in accordance with 38 USC 8127(d) Veterans First Contracting Program, and VAAR 852.215-70 Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned and Veteran-Owned Small Business Evaluation Factors, offers from SDVOSB and VOSB contractors will be given special consideration through tiered evaluations. This is a BRAND NAME ONLY acquisition due to application with the hospital s current power generation system. Line items must be the exact stock number as listed in the Schedule of Supplies. All questions must be emailed by 1200 noon on 5/16/2018 to provide time to respond to all interested parties. No questions via telephone will be answered. All offers must include the cost of shipping / freight to 90073 as a separate line item. All offerors must include a letter from the manufacturer stating that your company is authorized to distribute their products. All offers must be emailed on company letterhead in PDF format or using the SF1449 below to bryan.boggs2@va.gov by 1200 noon on 5/17/2018. No late offers will be considered.
