- Description
- This solicitation is for mobile telephone services. The U.S. Embassy is using 35 lines for official purposes. The Contractor shall provide complete mobile telephones services for the U.S. Embassy, Bujumbura, Burundi. The Contractor shall provide mobile telephone services to Embassy of the United States of America in Bujumbura. The Government will pay the Contractor on a monthly basis for Standard Services that have been satisfactorily performed. This solicitation is for mobile telephone services. The U.S. Embassy is using 35 lines for official purposes. The Contractor shall provide complete mobile telephones services for the U.S. Embassy, Bujumbura, Burundi. Services provided shall include: Unrestricted, pay-per-minute phone calls within Burundi Unrestricted, unlimited-use 4G LTE Internet Data in Burundi Unrestricted, pay-per-SMS Messaging in Burundi Unrestricted, pay-per-minute International Calls from Burundi International Phone, SMS and Data Roaming in countries to include Rwanda, Kenya, South Africa, Germany and The United States of America. 24-hour Customer Service Detailed Billing in CSV or Excel Format of Calls Made The Contractor shall ensure that the connection through its network is of the highest quality possible and shall be uninterrupted, clear, and with no static. Network problems shall be remedied immediately, and the COR must be immediately informed of any problems and their resolution. The Contractor must support 4G LTE service throughout Burundi, with coverage saturation required throughout Bujumbura Marie and Bujumbura Rural. Additionally, The Contractor must have primary network infrastructure entirely independent of the Burundi Backbone Service (BBS) Metropolitan Area Network (MAN), though aforementioned infrastructure may be used as a secondary carrier in the event of primary infrastructure failure.
