- PWS Clauses 1)This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2)The solicitation number is W912JB-Q-0037 and is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). 3)This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses for commercial items in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-96. The NAICS is 561210 and the size standard is $15,000,000. 4)The Michigan Army National Guard has a requirement for exercise planning with the MIARNG 46MP command with a Period of Performance of 1 June 2018 to 13 February 2019. Please see Performance Work Statement for exact requirements. Travel CLIN is added at a Not To exceed value of $15,780.00 4a) Planning will be conducted at Lansing, MI location.
