Description

This agency proposes to issue a solicitation for a sole source contract which will include FSC 3040-LSN LLNC05968 to support the following operational platform: FA-18. A total of one LSN is targeted for this contract effort. It is anticipated that 1246 will be priced for the initial contract award. The proposed action is intended to be awarded on a sole source basis with various contracts issued to other associated CAGE(S) 99193 and 59364 as supported by a J&A IAW FAR 6.302-1(b)(2). The proposed sole source contract will be issued to Honeywell International Inc. CAGE: 99193 or 59364. The proposed contract will be for a total of one year period of performance. Letters expressing interest in subcontracting provided to the contracting officer will be forwarded to the identified OEM. This is proposed to be a FAR 13 / 15 effort. The proposed contract will be a firm fixed price contract. A letter RFP will be used. The acquisition specialist, Parren, will entertain questions/concerns about this solicitation.
