The Government proposes to acquire, on a firm-fixed-price (FFP) contract with a quantity of 45 each of a VALVE, SHUTOFF, DEFOG, NSN: 1650-01-158-4470, Part Number: 7-211710060-3 applicable to the BJ (AH-64/APACHE) weapon system. Production Lead Time (PLT) without First Article Testing is 203 days after contract award with deliveries to Tracy, CA, 95304-5000. This item is restricted to: THE BOEING COMPANY, CAGE CODE: 8V613 HONEYWELL INTERNATIONAL INC, CAGE CODE: 99193 The Government does not have adequate data, lacks rights to data, or both needed to purchase this part from additional source. As a result, this acquisition is currently being procured under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(1) having only a limited number of responsible sources. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
