Description

18R0048 THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE, NOT A REQUEST FOR A QUOTE (RFQ). A RFQ WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND QUOTES WILL NOT BE REQUESTED. NSWC, IHEODTD intends to award a SOLE SOURCE to: Rexel Inc This acquisition is a SOLE SOURCE requirement with Rexel Inc for 420 Gallon Mixer Analog Communication Upgrade. Offeror is ineligible for award unless registered in SAM www.sam.gov with completed and up to date representations and certifications for NAICS Code: 333999, FSC Code: 7050 and Size Standard: 500 Employees. Offers must be received no later than 10:00 a.m. EST on 21 May 2018. Please provide all responses and direct all questions to Jodi Fields by email at jodi.fields@navy.mil. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price contract. Negotiation being conducted using other than full and open competition procedures pursuant to authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C) (1). See Note 22. This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.eps.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the Internet NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable.
