- RFQ Attachment 1 - Requirements List Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (50310218Q0055) The Securities and Exchange Commission, 100 F Street, NE, Washington,DC 20549, intends to procure a subscription to a commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) web-based platform that provides U.S. Congressional legislative tracking information and publications. The Combined Synopsis Solicitation #50310218Q0055 is provided as an attachment. NOTE: The SEC will only accept responses from companies that currently have a COTS platform that meets all requirements in Attachment 1 - Requirements List. The SEC is NOT seeking sources for development of a new solution or customization of a platform to acquire/add the required content. The Combined Synopsis Solicitation attached to this notice and RFQ Attachment 1 provide all information for this RFQ.
