- The purpose of this Amendment is to make the following changes to the SIR and to incorporate revised documents as listed: 1. Provide answers to questions posed by vendors 2. Modify Section B to eliminate task order as an option for CLIN XX10 Engineering Services. Sub CLINs were added to identify optional tasks as FFP, CPFF or T&M. Update Section B.4 CLIN Structure and Details section. 3. Modify Section C to clarify training requirements (Sections C.4.8.5 & C.4.8.6) 4.Replaced Section F (a)Revised F.2 period of performance chart to correct date discrepancies. (b)Modified Section F.8 to address deliverables and delivery associated with Optional Tasks. 5.Replaced Section H (a)Modified Section H.7 to change title from Task Orders to Optional Tasks . (b)Modified Section H.7 to clarify contract types associated with Optional Tasks. 6.Modified Section I to include updated clause 3.6.1-4 Small, Small Disadvantaged, Women-Owned and Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Subcontracting Plan; updated April 2018. 7.Replaced Section L (a)Clarified contract types associated with each CLIN. (b)Revised Section L.9 Past Performance to allow for an offeror s Subcontractor or teaming partner s past experience to be considered as one (1) of the three (3) required past experience demonstrations. (c)Revised Attachment L-1 CMA Technical Compliance Matrix (d)Revised Attachment L-2 corrects training quantity and NCE amount discrepancy 8.Added Section J: List of attachments, inadvertently omitted from original submission 9.Modified the following J Attachments to reflect changes resulting from Q&As. (a)J-1 (b)J-2 (c)J-7 (d)J-9 (new attachment) (e)J-10 (new attachment) The below listed documents are provided under this Amendment and supersedes all previous versions: 1.Section B 2.Section C 3.Section F 4.Section H 5.Section I 6.Section L a.Attachment L-1 b.Attachment L-2 7.J Attachments- List of Attachments a.J-1 b.J-2 c.J-7 d.J-9 e.J-10 10.The proposal due date has been extended from May 22, 2018 to May 29, 2018. ________________________________________________________________ The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to accomplish the following: Modify Section K to add AMS Clause 3.5-14 Representation of Limited Rights Data and Restricted Computer Software (January 2010); Modify Section L.8.2 to clarify that Section B will be completed by the FAA after selection, prior to award. Section B was also modified to identify CLIN 0009 as a FFP CLIN, and to remove CLIN 0010 as a FFP CLIN. Revise Attachment L-2 Cost Model to correct inconsistencies. _______________________________________________________________ The Configuration Management Automation (CMA) acquisition will modernize existing WebCM and RepCON systems with updated functionality consistent with industry best practices for life cycle management of assets.
