Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SINGLE SOURCE: The Indiana National Guard contemplates awarding a single source purchase order as authorized by FAR 6.302-1 to COSMED USA, INC. for the Trackmaster TMX428 Treadmill and accessories. COSMED USA, INC is the sole creator and distributor of this treadmill system and accessories. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement or submit documentation. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received electronically by 3:00PM EST, 24 May 18 that are equivalent to the Trackmaster TMX428 Treadmill and accessories will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
