- This amendment # 0001 to Solicitation # 28321318Q00000284 is necessary to answer Contractor questions and answers. Also to revise SOW with Battery information. 1) Need to know is if these batteries need to be delivered with inside delivery or if dock to dock delivery is acceptable? ANSWER: Dock to dock is acceptable if the shipment is no more than one day before installation. We have very limited storage space on the dock. Can the SSA standardize the frequency to all potential suppliers in order to receive fair price comparison? Without a standard maintenance frequency required, you may receive a lower tiered level of support for your critical operations. ANSWER: See the SOW Section 2.2. The standard is for high reliability applications as specified in ANSI/NETA Standard for Maintenance Testing Specifications for Electrical Power Equipment and Systems. 4) What is the brand of the existing UPS equipment?
