Attachment 10 DDForm 1664 Data Item Description Attachment 9 DD1423 Contract Data Requirement List Attachment 8 Wage Determination Attachment 7 Request for Technical Literature Attachment 6 Past Performance Questionnaire Attachment 5 Contractor Affirmative Procurement Report Attachment 4 Contractor Request for Waiver Non-EPA Items Attachment 3 EPA Guideline Items Attachment 2 Evidence of Authority To Sign Offers Attachment 1 Statement of Work SOLICITATION, W911KF18Q0039, 9 May 2018 This specification establishes the requirements for a Universal Hydraulic Pump and Motor Test System to be located in building 117 at Anniston Army Depot, Anniston Alabama designed, fabricated, and installed by the contractor with all functions and capabilities as delineated herein. The contractor shall provide the resources necessary to design, manufacture, transport, install, site cleanup, calibrate, demonstrate the functional operation, provide training of Anniston Army Depot (ANAD) operator, Calibration, and Maintenance personnel, and documentation of a Hydraulic Pump and Motor Test System (from here on referred to as the test system). Upon installation at ANAD, the test system shall be fully capable of meeting all requirements of this specification. The test system will be used to performance test hydraulic pumps and motors utilizing fire resistant hydraulic oil per MIL-PRF-46170. The test system fabrication, installation, acceptance, and training of Government personnel must be complete within 365 calendar days of award of contract. This specification describes the minimum anticipated operational and performance requirements.
