Description
This buy is a Special Emergency Procurement Authority (SEPA). This Request for Quote will result in a one-time Spot Buy under FAR Part 13 for the following non-commercial service: Depot Level Diagnostics and Repair of PATRIOT Secondary Items This effort is for the service of depot level diagnosis and repair or rebuild of U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) managed assemblies and secondary items of PATRIOT major end items and their ancillary equipment. This includes depot level diagnostics and recertification of PATRIOT Safety and Arming (S&A) Devices. Secondary items shall require approval from the Contracting Officer (KO) or designated Contracting Officer Representative (COR) prior to induction for repair. The Government will not issue a Technical Data Package (TDP) for this requirement. The contractor shall furnish materials, equipment and resources required to perform depot level diagnosis and repair and return of PATRIOT Missile Weapon System of the U.S. Government. The contractor shall provide facilities and shall accomplish all repair efforts covered herein at the contractor facilities. All documents and quotes must be submitted electronically to the Contract Specialist at adam.sheir@dla.mil. The use of hyperlinks in proposals is prohibited. The following are the attachments associated with this effort: 1) Performance Work Statement dated 2 April 2018 2) Contract Data Requirements List dated 2 April 2018 3) Document Summary List 2 April 2018 4) Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan dated 2 April 2018 5) DD 254 & AT OPSEC dated 1 May 2018 If a contractor believes they have the technical capabilities to perform this work and require the above listed attachments, they may request them from the contract specialist listed below.
