Description

The Veteran Health VA Northern Indiana Health Care System Marion Campus, 1700 E 38th St. Marion, IN 46953 is soliciting and intends to award a firm fixed price contract for one-time award for Tree Removal services. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, vehicles, certifications, and supervision, to provide Removal of 13 trees including grinding of the tree stumps refilling holes, seeding, and take away tree debris at the Veteran Health Indiana VA Medical Center, located at 1700 E 38th St. Marion, IN 46953. All work is to be performed in accordance with the guidelines established by Federal, State, and local ordinances. This procurement has been set-aside 100% for award to Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). A site visit will be conducted on Tuesday May 13, 2018 at 10:00am located at the Marion VA Bldg. 52 Engineering Conference Room for all quoting interested vendors. An email confirmation of site visit attendance is required. A site visit will not be conducted if no email confirmations are received. You will be turned away if you have not been confirmed.
