Description

Special Notice. The Department of Veterans Affairs Networking Contracting Office (NCO) 6 intends to award a sole source firm fixed price purchase order to Trane for annual, quarterly, and emergency preventive maintenance services of the Trane Tracer SC controls systems access to include utilizing the Trane Tracer TU utility tool with Trane Tracer TU factory training, factory trained technicians in Trane Tracer SC systems programming, and access to factory Trane SC controls programming updates IE: service packs, bulletins, and factory software revision upgrades. Service location: Hunter Holmes McGuire (Richmond) VA Medical Center, 1201 Broad Rock Blvd., Richmond, VA 23249. Determination of this sole source procurement is in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)-Soliciting from a single source. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, interested parties may identify their interest by submitting supporting evidence in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement. Responses received from responsible sources by 4:30 pm e.s.t. on May 14, 2018 will be considered by the Government. Inquiries shall be emailed to Cherisse.Hall@va.gov Responses will be considered by the Government; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
