- GENERAL INFORMATION: Document Type: Solicitation Notice Solicitation Number: W912NW-18-T-0041 Set Aside: 100% Small Business NAICS Code: 333923, Overhead Traveling Crane, Hoist,and Monorail-- Contracting Office Address: Corpus Christi Army Depot (CCAD) Contracting Office Army Contracting Command 9035 Ocean Drive Bldg 10 Mail stop 18 Corpus Christi, TX 78419-5211 DESCRIPTION: The CCAD Contracting Office is soliciting on a 100% Small business set aside basis for the Monorail Bridge Crane Electrical Upgrade Composite Shop-BLDG 8 located on the Corpus Christi Army, Corpus Christi, Texas. 78419. Offers will be solicited only from business concerns current in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database. BASIS FOR AWARD: AWARD WILL BE BASED ON LOWEST PRICE. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: All quotes are due no later than 22 May 2018 at 4:00 p.m. (Central Time) Solicitation document shall be signed and all applicable Certifications and Representations shall be completed. 1. Complete blocks 12, 17a, and 30a, b, and c of the SF 1449. In doing so, the offeror accedes to the contract terms and conditions as written in the SOLICITATION, with attachments. The SOLICITATION constitutes the model purchase order. 2. Insert proposed extended prices "amount" for CLIN 0001. CLIN 0002 is not required to be priced. 3. Complete blocks 15A, 15B, and 15C of the Amendment SF30 when/if issued. In doing so, the offeror accedes to the contract terms and conditions as written in the SOLICITATION, with attachments. 4. The solicitation is available in electronic format only. No hard copies will be provided. It is the contractor's responsibility to check the website, www.fbo.gov for any and all amendments to this solicitation. 5. All payments are to be paid via the Internet through the Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) system. WAWF may be accessed at https://wawf.eb.mil. WAWF training may be accessed online at http://www.wawftraining.com. Payment information may be accessed using the DFAS website at https:www.dfas.mil. Your purchase order/contract number or invoice will be required to inquire status of your payment. 6. Be advised that all interested parties must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database in order to receive payment for products/services rendered to the Government as the result of an award. If you are not registered you may request an application at (334) 206-7828 or through the SAM website at https://sam.gov. 8. All questions to this solicitation must be received in writting by the Contracting office's identified Points of Contact (see below) before 1:00 pm (Central Time) 18 May 2018. POC: Mr. Kevin M. Palmer, Contract Specialist at kevin.m.palmer8.civ@mail.com SITE VISIT INFORMATION 1. One site visit will be held to ensure all potential quoters have opportunity to view the job site. 2. Site visit will be conducted on 16 May 2018 at 9:00 a.m. Central Time at the Corpus Christi Army Depot, Contracting office, building 1727. All potential quoters may attend the site visit to view the job site. 3. A maximum of two representatives from each company are allowed. To attend please submit an email to Kevin.m.palmer8.civ@mail.mil. Include attendee's names, company name, address, phone number, fax number, Driver's License number and social security number. Deadline for emails is Friday, 11 May 2018, 4:00pm CT. It is the responsibility of the contractor to confirm the email is received. After submission of email should a person not be available to attend, send a cancellation email to the same POC. 4. Interested parties are advised to arrive with sufficent time in order to receive security passes and clearance. Place: Naval Air Station, Corpus Christi Army Depot, Contracting Office, Bldg. 1727. 5. The contractor must have their own ear plugs, safety glasses and safety shoes to have access to the various work sites. 6. NO CAMERAS ALLOWED FOR SITE VISIT. 7. QUESTIONS: All site-visit questions shall be submitted in writing via email to keivn.m.palmer8.civ@mail.mil by 18 May 2014.
