Description
THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. THERE WILL NOT BE A SOLICITATION, SPECIFICATIONS, OR DRAWINGS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. A Stand-alone single contract is anticipated for the Demolition services for the Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Far East, Atsugi, Japan, in support of CATC, Camp Fuji, Japan. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 562910 and the annual size standard is $20,500,000.00. The anticipated requirement is œDemolition buildings and facilities, earthwork and exterior restoration after demolition and removal to match surrounding areas. The requirement is demolition of the following Buildings/facilities: -Bldg. T115 (Self Help Shop) -Bldg. 409A (FMD Storage) -Bldg. 102 (Administrative Office; currently, storage) -Bldg. 51 (Picnic Pavilion) The prospective Contractor shall complete all the work within 300 calendar days after contract award. The demolition requirement includes asbestos containing material (ACM) and paint with lead (PWL), which includes the following: - Sampling and analysis for asbestos, - Sampling and analysis for lead paint, - Demolish four buildings/facilities THIS SYNOPSIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. It is a market research tool used to determine the availability and adequacy of potential sources prior to determining the method of acquisition and issuance of an award. The Government is not obligated to and will not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this Sources Sought. It is requested that interested Contractors submit to the contracting office a brief capabilities statement package (no more than 10 pages in length, single spaced, 12-point font minimum) demonstrating the ability to perform the requested services. This documentation shall address, as a minimum, the following: (1) Relevant Experience to include experience in performing efforts of similar scope and complexity within the last five years. (2) Company Profile to include number of employees, office locations(s), DUNS number, and CAGE Code. RESPONSES ARE DUE ON MONDAY, 24 May 2018, by 10:00 AM, JST. LATE RESPONSES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
