Offerors shall carefully review all solicitation attachments for information concerning this requirement and proposal submission instructions. This resultant award will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract. The period of performance for this effort shall be 210 days from the Notice to Proceed. This is a total small business set-aside. The contract will be awarded on a best value tradeoff basis utilizing price and non-price factors. The solicitation is issued under NAICS Code 238990, All Other Specialty Trade Contractors (Size Standard $15M). In order to be awarded a contract an offeror must have a DUNS number, be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM), http://www.sam.gov, and have completed their Online Representations and Certifications.
