Description
statement of work to include pictures of the project. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, and supervision necessary to repair/replace/service 14th Street entrance concrete. Contractor to remove and dispose of approximately 1206 square feet of damaged concrete, replace with new exposed aggregate with pea gravel, clean area when finished, work to be conducted on off hours to avoid inconveniences. -Troubleshoot concrete to determine any damages. -Remove and replace the concrete with new. -Remove and replace the rebar with new. -Provide new aggregate to match with new sidewalk. -Provide 'expansion joint' where new concrete adjoins existing -Provide all necessary operation checks and adjustments. -Clean work area at all times and upon completion. -All work shall be conducted during Saturday hours -The Contractor shall repair or replace any damage to the existing conditions caused by his actions. Repair and replacement of damaged conditions shall match the integrity of the adjacent area. All required work shall be provided at no additional cost to the Government -Contractor shall ensure final work meets current Design Guidelines, FAR regulations and current appropriate codes, standards, and regulations relative the United States Department of Agriculture. -Contractor shall immediately notify USDA safety personnel of all accidents/incidents involving employee use of and/or damage/injury to facilities, equipment, or personnel. -Contractor shall adhere to all OSHA standards. -Contractor shall comply with all federal, state, and local environmental laws, and USDA policies and regulations to include but not limited to Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), Safe Water Drinking Act (SWDA), the Clean Air Act (CAA), and Federal Facilities Compliance Act (FFCA). -The use, handling, storage, and disposal of all toxic, hazardous, special or radiological wastes/materials shall be IAW all local, state, federal, and USDA environmental regulations and procedures.
