SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE This announcement constitutes a Sources Sought Notice for the provision of all labor, supervision, material, equipment, tools and supplies to complete raise & realignment services to Port Hudson National Cemetery following National Cemetery Administration standards. Contract period will be 90 days from receipt to the notice to proceed. This is neither Request for Quote (RFQ) nor a Request for Proposal (RFP). This announcement is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or award a contract. The Department of Veteran Affairs, National Cemetery Administration, is seeking qualified Small Business and Large Business sources to furnish raise & realignment services. Proposed schedule of services, all-inclusive, including all labor, equipment, materials, and supplies to complete the Contract Line Items (CLINs). CLIN Description Qty Unit 0001 Raise/Lower, realign, level, backfill upright marble headstones in Sections N and O. Includes surveying and installation. 583 EA 0002 Level topsoil surface, renovate and re-establish turf grass stand in Sections N and O. 33,479 SF 0003 Clean upright marble headstones 583 EA The purpose of this notice is to determine interest and capability of potential qualified SDVOSBs and VOSBs with under applicable North American Industry Classification code (NAICS) 314999. The Small Business Size Standard for this code is 500 Employees. To make an appropriate acquisition decision for this requirement, the Government will use response(s) to this Sources Sought Notice. The type of solicitation issued and the manner of advertisement will also depend on the response(s) received to this notice. Submission requirements for responses to this sources sought synopsis: Offerors interested in submitting a quote for this project, if it is formally advertised, must be registered and in SAM.gov website and must provide the correct NAICS code to include the Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) number, name of the firm, address, phone and point of contact.
