- Justification and Approval for Sole Source Statement of Work Family Retreat The solicitation number is FA86018Q0107. The NAICS Code is 721110. The government (AFLCMC/PZIB) intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) and FAR 6.302-1(b)(1)(ii). The proposed source is Mason Family Resorts, LLC dba Great Wolf Lodge. The service being procured is the use of a hotel and conference center to support the Chaplain-led retreat and programs to assist active duty members of the Armed Forces and their immediate family members. The exact specifications can be found in the attached Statement of Work. This notice is being published for information purposes only and is not a request for competitive quotations; however, any quotations received by the response date specified in this notice will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. Quotations should be e-mailed to brett.everett@us.af.mil by 09:00 A.M. Eastern on 14 MAY 2018. Any questions should be directed to brett.everett@us.af.mil or phone at 937-522-4638. Be advised that all correspondence sent via e-mail must contain the subject line "Synopsitation - Family Retreat." The entire proposal must be contained in a single e-mail that does not exceed 5 megabytes including attachments, if any. E-mails with compressed files are not permitted. Note that e-mail filters at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base are designed to filter e-mails without subject lines or with suspicious subject lines or contents (i.e.,.exe or.zip files). Therefore, if the specified subject line is not included, the e-mail may not get through the e-mail filters. Also be advised that.zip or.exe files are not allowable attachments and may be deleted by the email filters at Wright-Patterson.
