- QUESTIONS 5/8/2018 QU 1. There does not appear to be any submission requirements related to qualification or creative proposal evident in documents HT001118R0025_NMHM.pdf and PWS_for_Model_of_Human_Brain.pdf. Please confirm that you only seeking price responses on page 1 (30 a - c) and page 3 Section SF 1449 - CONTINUATION SHEET,ITEM NO 0001 and 0002. ANS - CORRECT ************************** QU 2. We understand that ITEM NO 0001 includes all costs for designing, fabricating, installing and integrating the plastic model according to the general description. Can you please further clarify the differences of ITEM NO 0001 and 0002 on the price sheet? Is ITEM NO 0002 strictly any shipping costs associated with the production? ANS - ITEM NO 0002 is strictly any shipping costs associated with the FOB DESTINATION charges of delivery to NMHM *********************** QU 3. We understand content will be provided via an online spreadsheet. How many content pieces are there, and do you foresee update requirements during the length of this project's installation? ANS: Content will be determined post-award, negotiated to remain in scope and on budget. ************* QU 4. Should we include pricing for producing narration? If yes, please provide as much direction as possible in regards to the amount of content and length of each description. ANS: Yes, include pricing for narration. Content will be determined post-award, negotiated to remain in scope and on budget. ************* QU 5. To what extent should ADA compliance be met in this production? ANS: Final installed product must comply with ADA requirements. ************* QU 6. How many, if any, trips should be accounted for beyond installation? ANS: Unknown ************* QU 8. Sec 2.1 Hours of Operation Support lists that the Contractor be available Monday - Friday from 8am - 10am. What types of support are being requested and for what duration? ANS: After 10am the museum is open to the public, so the work cannot continue beyond then. ************* QU 9. Are there any additional documents for our consideration beyond the two aforementioned PDFs? ANS: No
