- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, and incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-97 (effective 1/24/18). It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. Clauses and provisions can be found at https://www.acquisition.gov/?q=/browse/far/52. This solicitation is a Request for Quotations, numbered as 140P8318Q0051. The NAICS code is 562910, Remediation Services, with an associated small business size standard of $20.5 million. This solicitation is for a service (not construction), is a 100% total small business set-aside, and will result in a firm fixed price contract to a single contractor/vendor determined to be responsive and responsible. The Government will consider past performance in determining responsibility. ATTACHMENTS TO THIS SOLICITATION. The National Park Service, Olympic National Park (OLYM), has a requirement for removing hazardous materials, including asbestos abatement, from structures on ten properties within the boundaries of Olympic National Park. Most of the properties include multiple structures. Six of the properties are located at Lake Crescent and four properties are located in Quinault. Eight additional properties are included in this RFQ as option items. NOTE: This description does not contain all of the information included in the project Scope of Work. Quoters shall refer to Attachment no. 3, Scope of Work, as well as review all other attachments that comprise the complete solicitation package, available in FedConnect.. PERFORMANCE PERIOD: The government anticipates the work to be performed during June 2018 (anticipated to start the week of June 4th and be completed the week of July 2nd). QUOTES ARE DUE AT 4:30PM PACIFIC TIME (PT) ON FRIDAY MAY 25, 2018. QUESTIONS REGARDING THIS SOLICITATION must be submitted in writing via email (phone or fax questions will not be accepted).
