- Description
- The U.S. Army, 409th Contracting Support Brigade, Theater Contracting Center, Unit 23156, APO, AE 09054-3156, has a requirement to provide Range Maintenance Equipment at the Joint Multinational Training Group in the Ukraine. Delivery of all items will be required 30 days after award. A firm fixed price (FFP), commercial contract is intended to be used to fulfill this requirement. A single award is anticipated for this requirement. Complete details will be given in Request for Proposal (RFP) W564KV-18-R-0018 to be released to the Federal Business Opportunities website (FedBizOps) this month. This acquisition is being procured on a full and open competitive basis with no set aside using Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12 and Part 13 procedures. The NAICS code for this procurement is 332510. The anticipated response date is 30 days after release of the solicitation. The Department of Defense requires all contractors to register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to receive any contract award or payment. The SAM website is: https://www.sam.gov. In accordance with FAR 4.1201, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representation and certification via the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at: https://www.sam.gov in conjunction with required registration in the CCR database. All responsible sources may submit a proposal that will be considered by the agency. Responses must include all information requested in the written RFP.
