Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO 12) Great Lakes Acquisition Center is procuring a Natus Medical, Inc. Data Server with Software. The Great Lakes Acquisition Center intends to award on a sole source basis, IAW 13.106-1(b) Soliciting from a single source, a firm fixed price purchase order to Natus Neurology, Inc. 3150 Pleasant View Rd Middleton, WI, 53562-4800 as a responsible source to provide the above items. The authority for other than full and open competition is FAR 13.106-1(b), Soliciting from a single source. The applicable NAICS Code is 334510 and the size standard is 1,250 employees. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes by 5/10/2018 at 11:15 a.m. CDT. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation of offers. However, all quotes received within three days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement upon receipt of response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. There will be no solicitation available.
