Description

This announcement is a Market Survey to solicit capabilities from interested vendors. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), through the Office of Chief Counsel (AGC), Administrative Services Division (AGC-10), requires a legal research database service that can assist attorneys in legal research pertaining to agency regulations and guidance. Respondents to this Market Survey Announcement should note that “ (a) This is not a Screening Information Request or Request for Proposals of any kind; (b) The FAA is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals; (c) The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to the market survey; and (d) Any costs associated with the market survey submittal is solely at the interested vendor ™s expense. Interested vendors can submit questions no later than 2:00 PM Eastern Time on or before May 11, 2018 to Toloria.J.Crawford@faa.gov and Vilayvanh.Thamvongsa@faa.gov. Responses to the market survey must be submitted by 2:00 PM Eastern Time on or before May 18, 2018 to Toloria.J.Crawford@faa.gov and copy Vilayvanh.Thamvongsa@faa.gov.
