- Notice of Intent to award to a Single Source; Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), Completion (C), Non-Commercial Contract to to Cubic Defense Applications, Inc. The Department of the Navy, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, Pacific (SSC Pacific) intends to award a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), contract to a single source; Cubic Defense Applications, Inc. The authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(2) and FAR 6.302-2 Unusual and Compelling Urgency. This procurement is for repair/refurbishment work of the Communications Data Link System (CDLS), AN/USQ-167(V) and the Non-Recurring Eng Engineering (NRE) effort to replace critical end end of life (EOL) Ethernet Interface Element (EI (EIE) circuit card and the Antenna Resolver Car Card (ARC) on board CVN 73, USS George Was Washington. The applicable North American Industry C Classification Systems (NAICS) code for this a action is 541330 Electrical Engineering S Services. Be advised that the a aforementioned information is anticipatory i in nature and is not binding. This notice of i intent is not a request for competitive p proposals and no solicitation will be posted.
