SSJ_W81XWH18Q0146 Redacted Combined Synopsis Solicitation_CSS W81XQH18Q0146 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will be not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The U.S. Army Medical Materiel Agency (USAMMA) has a requirement for brand name medical repair parts manufactured by Belmont Instrument Corporation for repair of the Blood Fluid Warmers FMS 2000 used by deployed forces in theater. Reference the attached RFQ for full description of the requirement. The acquisition is a small business set-aside using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection procedures. Reference attached RFQ for detailed information on the requirement, how to respond, and evaluation criteria. The RFQ closes on Friday May 18 2018 at 3:00 P.M. EST. This RFQ as well as any amendments will be used electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and FAR 5.102. As a result, hard copies will not be provided.
