THIS IS A SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE REPRESENTING A MARKET SURVEY AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS, PROPOSAL ABSTRACTS, QUOTATIONS OR INVITATION FOR BIDS   The Department of Veterans Affairs VISN 7 Network Contracting Activity is conducting a MARKET SURVEY to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of qualified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). With a size classification relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the proposed acquisition. Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a set-aside is possible. An organization that is NOT considered a SDVOSB under the applicable NAICS code should NOT submit a response to this notice. SDVOSB business concerns should be capable of delivering the various Boiler Inspections and Testing Services requested by the Carl Vinson, Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC), Dublin, GA 31021. The NAICS: 332410 POTENTIAL SOURCES SHALL PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IN THEIR RESPONSE: 1) Company name, address, phone number, primary contact(s), e-mail address, NAICS code(s), business size (i.e., small/large) and DUNS Number. 2) Provide a Statement of Capability that demonstrates the offeror's past performance in delivering like products and equipment. Please include the following: (a) prior completed projects of similar nature; (b) corporate experience and management capability; and (c) examples of prior completed Government contracts, references, and other related information. 3) Submit Capability Statements NLT Tuesday, May 8, 2018 @ 5:00 pm. Submissions may be made via email to: donald.battle@va.gov (Attn: Donald Battle) NO CAPABILITY STATEMENTS MAY BE SUBMITTED AFTER TUESDAY, MAY 8, 2018 @ 5:00 PM. AT THIS TIME NO SOLICITATION EXISTS.  (DO NOT REQUEST A COPY OF THE SOLICITATION).   A FUTURE NOTICE WILL BE POSTED WHEN THE SOLICITATION  WILL BE  RELEASED. 4) Disclaimer and Important Notes: This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract or otherwise pay for the information provided in response. The Government reserves the right to use information provided by respondents for any purpose deemed necessary and legally appropriate.
