Description

Notice of Tentative Acquisition Strategy Training Data Products Contract (TDPC) Multiple Award Contract (MAC) Unrestricted Task Order Program Title: Strike Fighter and Electronic Warfare (EW) Curriculum Revision and Maintenance (R and M) This contract action is being conducted pursuant to the procedures at FAR Subpart 16.505 under the auspices of Training Data Products Contract (TDPC) Functional Area III, LOT I (Unrestricted), a Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) Multiple Award Contract (MAC). Therefore, pursuant to FAR Subpart 5.202(a) (6) and 16.505(a) (1), this contract action is exempt from synopsizing requirements. However, to increase transparency of NAWCTSD requirements, and increase opportunities for subcontracting, notice of this opportunity is being provided. Only Training Data Products Contract (TDPC) Functional Area III, LOT I, Prime Contractors (contractors previously awarded a contract within this vehicle) are considered an interested party in this contract action. All inquiries regarding participation as a subcontractor should be submitted to a Prime Contractor for consideration. Any documents available for this contract action not otherwise attached hereto, including but not limited to Solicitations, Performance Work Statement (PWS), and Specifications will be made available only to qualifying Prime Contractors. Interested subcontractors may contact Prime Contractors for access to these documents. Please see the attached NAWCTSD MAC Prime Contractors and their Points of Contact (POCs). Task Order Description: NAWCTSD intends to competitively award a Firm Fixed Price task order under the LOT I, Functional Area III, portion of the TDPC MAC for Naval Aviation Strike Fighter and Electronic Warfare (EW) Training Programs Curriculum R and M. The specific Naval organizations, to be supported include: EA-18G Fleet Readiness Squadron (FRS) Electronic Attack Squadron 129 (VAQ-129), Electronic Attack Weapons School (EAWS), Center for Naval Aviation Technical Training Unit (CNATTU), Commander, Patrol and Reconnaissance Wing Ten (CPRW-10), all located at the Naval Air Station (NAS) Whidbey Island, WA; EP-3E Naval Flight Officer (NFO) curriculum under the operational control of Patrol Squadron Thirty (VP-30) located at NAS Jacksonville, FL; Fighter Squadron Composite Twelve (VFC 12), F/A-18 FRS Strike Fighter Attack Squadron One Zero Six (VFA 106), Strike Fighter Weapons School Atlantic (SFWSL) located at NAS Oceana, VA; F/A 18 FRS Strike Fighter Squadron 122 (VFA 122), Strike Fighter Weapons School, Pacific (SFWSP) located at NAS Lemoore, CA; Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Miramar, CA Marine Fighter Attack Training Squadron 101 (VMFAT 101) located at Miramar, CA; Commander, Strategic Communications Wing One, Weapons and Tactics Unit (WTU) and Fleet Air Reconnaissance Squadron Seven (VQ-7), FRS located at Tinker AFB, OK The resultant task order will be for a total of 60 months consisting of a 11 month base period which consists of a two month mobilization period and 09 months of performance, followed by four 12 month option periods, and a 1 month option period. The estimated award date will be November 2017.
