Description

THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. NO SOLICITATIONS EXISTS AT THIS TIME. This is an attempt to locate sources who may be interested in the below requirement. The Charles George VA Medical Center in Asheville, North Carolina has a need for Extracorporeal Shock Wave equipment and related technical support laser technicians or RN services also known as Mobile Lithotripsy Services, NAICS code 621512. All Lithotripsy technologists shall be certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists and shall have an unrestricted license in a US state, territory or Commonwealth of the US or District of Columbia. Personnel shall work with the attending Urologist and other physicians in the operating room, shall operate the laser device and any related imaging equipment during the procedure. Contractor shall provide a mobile digital unit that can easily be moved from place to place in the operating rooms at the Asheville VA Medical Center. The minimum requirement is a transportable STORZ Modulith brand or equivalent system. Potential sources should identify business name, business size, DUNS number, point of contact, and any applicable socioeconomic category such as service disabled veteran owned small business, veteran owned business, small business, etc. Please include your capabilities statement that demonstrates your firm can perform this requirement.
