- Solicitation # 1282FT18R0003 Attachment 5 - Insurance Requirements Attachment 1 - Summary of Work Attachment 2 - Specifications Attachment 4 - Drawings Attachment 6 - Wage Determination Attachment 3 - Supplemental Specifications The Fort Valley Experimental Forest Waterline project includes, but is not limited to, construction of approximately 650 LF of directionally-bored, 2" HDPE water line, water manhole, valve box structures, connection appurtenances, pavement patching, and temporary traffic-control. The allotted time for this contract is 30 days from the notice to proceed. Pre-Proposal Site Visit - Wednesday, May 16, 2018 Time: 1:00 PM MST. All participants must RSVP by May 15, 2018 by contacting Anthony Salas by email at asalas@fs.fed.us. Site Visit Location: This project is located near the Fort Valley Experimental Forest of the Rocky Mountain Research Station, near Flagstaff, AZ. The legal description is SE 1/4 of Section 22 and NE 1/4 of Section 27, Township 22N, Range 6E in Coconino County, Arizona. In Flagstaff, exit north from South Milton Road/Route 66 onto Highway 180 (Humphreys Street) and follow State Highway 180 8.3 miles north to mile post 224 approximately 100 yards further on the left will be the Ft. Valley access gate. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 - $100,000. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns under NAICS Code 237110. Offerors shall submit all questions in writing by May 25, 2018. Questions shall be sent to asalas@fs.fed.us. Submit your proposal electronically to asalas@fs.fed.us, no later than June 1, 2018 11:00am MT.
