The USNS MATTHEW PERRY has a bona-fide need for the maintenance and safety certification of MHE during the period of performance 25 May 2018 through 27 June 2018 at Portland, OR. 2. This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 3.
