Description

Fleet Logistics Center, Norfolk intends to solicit and negotiate with iFly Virginia Beach, a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business and the only source capable of providing Vertical Wind Tunnel services within a 75-mile radius of Joint Expeditionary Base-Little Creek; under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 and FAR 19.1406. iFly Virginia Beach is capable of providing the required services and meet the 75-mile radius required by EODGRU TWO. All responsible sources may identify their interest and provide capability statements in response to this notice. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within 10 days after date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Justification and Approval is attached.
