- PLEASE NOTE: If you are viewing this notice on FedBizOpps, please use the following link to view the full posting (including files if applicable) on SPAWAR e- Commerce: https://go.usa.gov/xQ8SA The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR), on behalf of the Navy Program Executive Office for Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS), the Naval Enterprise Networks (NEN) Program Office (PMW 205), and the United States Marine Corps (USMC), is announcing the availability of Network Technical Data related to the Navy and Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI). The Governments intent is to provide this data only to Offerors who plan to provide proposals in response to the SMIT RFP. Therefore, the Government recommends Prime Offerors submit a single hard drive request on behalf of their team partners, and share the information according to NGEN-R data management security guidelines (as detailed in the Supplemental Data Access Management Agreement). Only companies with a facility cleared for the handling and storage of classified data are authorized to submit a request. In order to validate clearance information for the distribution of classified supplemental technical data via encrypted hard drives, companies must submit a response containing the following information and vendor agreement to NGEN_Recompete@navy.mil by close of business on Wednesday, 09 May 2018: 1. Company Name 2. Company Clearance Level & Expiration Date 3. Address of cleared Company facility approved for the receipt and handling of classified data (SECRET) 4. Company FSO/POC Name, Phone #, Email Address, and Clearance Information (must be ACTIVE) 5. Signed NGEN-R Supplemental Data Access Management Agreement Additionally, companies requesting a Bidder's Library hard drive must submit a VAL to PMW 205 Security no later than the date specified above, utilizing the following information: SMO CODE: 660015 - H-66001-NAVY- SPAWARSYSCEN PACIFIC-00 POC: Carol Applegarth, 202-433-7573 Purpose of Visit: NGEN-R Once access has been approved, additional instructions will be provided on how to obtain the hard drives. Any questions related to this announcement shall be sent in writing to the email address specified above. This is an RFI only and does not represent a request for proposals. Any incurred costs as a result of this RFI will not be reimbursed by the Government.
