Description

Army Contracting Command - Warren (ACC-WRN) intends to solicit for a sole source, firm-fixed price, three year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements) for the following key components of the MCRS: Army Contracting Command - Warren (ACC-WRN) intends to solicit for a sole source, firm-fixed price, three year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements) for the following key components of the MCRS: Min. 5ea/Max. 36ea - XM20 Fifth Wheel Towing Recovery Device (FWTRD) (NSN 2510-01-560-3567) Min. 5ea/Max. 38ea - XM1250 Tilt Deck Recovery Trailers (TDRT) (NSN 2330-01-596-6932) Min. 5ea/Max. 48ea - Field Light Kits (FLK) (No NSN Assigned) Min. 5ea/Max. 38ea - Winch Control Kits (WCK) (No NSN Assigned) The Government does not currently have a competitive Technical Data Package (TDP), which is required to manufacture the MCRS. Although it is the Government's intent to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Tru Hitch Inc (Cage Code 1BZD4) located in Pleasant Valley. CT, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The inspection/acceptance and FOB points are all "Origin". Target award date is 31 July 2018. For subcontracting opportunities, please contact Tru-Hitch Incorporated.
